The documentary highlights the perils of today’s energy policy in the so-called post-lignite era. At the heart of the research lies the concept of energy poverty, in other words, the population’s limited access to energy resources that leads to an even greater energy deficiency in society. The movie features experts’ interviews (professors, technocrats, union , etc.) as well as field research and in situ shooting.
